AFFORDABLE SLIDING-SCALE COUPLES THERAPY
Real support, without the financial stress. Virtual couples therapy for couples in Cambridge, Lexington, and across Massachusetts.
Cost shouldn't be the reason you and your partner don't get help.
You know your relationship needs support. What's holding you back isn't willingness, it's the price tag attached to most therapy, especially when you're already stretched thin. That tension alone can become its own source of conflict, one more thing to disagree about instead of work through together.
Getting real, effective couples therapy shouldn't mean choosing between your relationship and your budget..
You're tired of feeling caught in this cycle:
Putting off therapy because the cost feels out of reach
Researching options and finding nothing that fits your budget
Money becoming another point of tension between you and your partners
how i CAN HELP
Effective therapy, priced to actually work for your budget.
I offer sliding scale pricing based on income, so cost doesn't have to be a barrier to getting real support. While I don't accept insurance directly, I provide superbills you can submit to your insurance company for potential out-of-network reimbursement.
Every session is virtual, which also means no added costs for travel, parking, or time off work just to get to an office. You can meet from home, on your schedule, without the extra expenses that come with in-person care.
We'll talk through what makes sense for your budget during your free consultation, no pressure, no surprises.
imagine if you…
Got the support you need without the financial stress
Therapy that fits your budget, not one more expense competing with everything else.
Stopped putting off the help you know you need
No more waiting for "someday when we can afford it."
Felt like a team on money, not just everything else
One less thing working against you as a couple.

Common questions about sliding scale therapy
-
Sliding scale means your session rate is adjusted based on your household income, making therapy more accessible if the standard rate isn't feasible for you. We'll discuss what's realistic for your situation during your free consultation, no documentation or justification required.
-
I don't bill insurance directly, but I provide superbills, a detailed receipt you can submit to your insurance provider for potential out-of-network reimbursement. Many PPO plans offer partial reimbursement for therapy this way.
-
Federal law requires therapists to provide clients who aren't using insurance with an estimate of expected costs before treatment begins. I'll provide you with one before we start working together, and you're welcome to request one at any time.
